Kodak Error on Startup

I was working on a laptop and it kept giving this error upon booting into Windows 7:

There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~2\Kodak\EasyShareSetup\$REGIS~1\Registration_8.2.30.1.sxt The specified module could not be found.

I tried removing the Kodak software, I ran CCleaner and the registry cleaner.  I also manually deleted the Kodak folders under 'Program Files'.  None of these actions solved the issue.

I eventually found this solution and it worked perfectly:

Goto Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Task Scheduler > click on "Task Scheduler Library" > in the adjacent right window right-click "EasyShare Registration Task" and choose "Delete"
