Error: The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed" error messages when installing iTunes for Windows on 64-bit systems

Chang the key: 

HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer\WOW64 from a 1 to a 0.


Restart the Windows Installer Service (services.msc)
